1. What types of payment do we accept?

2. What happens when I place an order?

Your order information will then be transferred to our system and processed by the logistics department. The logistics department will generate a shipping label, and you will automatically receive the tracking number via email.
Please note that the tracking number may take 24–48 hours to become active in the USPS system. If you do not receive the tracking information within 24 hours, it is likely that you entered the wrong email address during checkout.
3. When will my Holiboy arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on your location. We typically ship your order within 24 to 72 hours during regular business hours.
Once your order is fulfilled and the tracking information is sent, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated in the USPS system.
Please note that international orders may take longer due to potential customs delays, weather conditions, and other factors.
4. What should I do if my order never arrives?
First, please check the tracking information provided by USPS or UPS in your confirmation email.
If the address was incorrect and the package was returned, we will re-ship it to you at an additional shipping cost.
If the package is lost or not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer service team at to assist you in resolving the issue.
5. What if I entered the wrong address and the package was already shipped?
If the address was incorrect, you will need to contact the recipient at the original address provided during checkout.
You may also contact your local post office to inquire about retrieving the package.
